CREATIVE OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT

Reworks assisted Cardboard Castle with their purchase of this striking utility era bricker, and then executed a complete design/build to renovate the structure to accommodate their complex business needs; including a large-format work space for arranging flexible workstations, an edit bay with a sound recording room, a comfortable conference room, kitchen and break area, and an efficient data/server room.

The existing shell was preserved and enhanced as a sumptuous framework for the interior additions. A central steel and wood open stairway serves as both a focal point and as a space delineator. Reworks completed the project under budget and on schedule within SBA loan parameters.
